We offer an array of services including Wedding Planning, Event Design, Wedding Management (Coordination) and Destination Event Planning.

On the Move
While we are based in Napa, CA, we have events in Wine Country (Napa & Sonoma), the San Francisco Bay Area, the Central Coast of California and we are always ready to travel.

Tamara Jones
Event Planner
Tamara Jones is a planner by heart and a lover of life. She’s obsessed about the details and celebrating love. She’s best known for her love of color {purple is her favorite if you hadn’t noticed} and her attention to detail.
For the better part of her adult life, Tamara has been contributing to the creative event space and she has an extensive background in event production. She started her career after college in broadcasting producing events for radio stations and concerts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tamara J Events was launched in 2002, with the intent to provide our clients with an awesome guest experience from beginning to end. Our clients understand that behind every event is good design, attention to detail and a lot of love. In our book, love is infinite and it’s always the goal to make sure the event reflects our clients and their love for each other.
When not producing weddings and events, Tamara loves to cook and entertain friends. There’s always champagne and chardonnay in the fridge and a new recipe to try. She starts every day with a focused word and from that shares encouragement on her daily Facebook posts she calls “Wheels Up.” Tamara is also slightly obsessed with shoes and handbags, but what girl isn’t.
Tamara has two adult daughters and now divides her time between Northern California and Atlanta, GA but always has her passport ready for travel.
