Our Wedding Management Service is perfect for the couple who has planned their wedding but appreciates the need for an experienced coordinator to assist in making your wedding day flow as planned. Our comprehensive services include creating your timeline, a final planning meeting and excellent communication with vendors. We will be there for your rehearsal – and we don’t leave your event until you and your guests do. Not every couple wants a large wedding with an even larger guest count. For them, an intimate wedding with their friends and immediate family is a better fit. We absolutely love planning and designing intimate weddings. The guest count is usually 30-40 guests or less and most often take place during the week, but we’re happy to accommodate a weekend intimate wedding too.
San Francisco City Hall is one of our favorite venues for intimate weddings. The architecture is stunning and it’s pretty difficult to take a bad photo in the place. We also work with several winery partners in Napa and Sonoma that are ideal for an intimate wedding.
